Richard D. Minker is the CEO of MINKERTRAHANT & Associates He graduated from the University of Pittsburgh with a Bachelor of Business Administration. In addition, Richard is a graduate of Georgetown University Law Center with a Juris Doctorate Degree. In 1991 Richard received the prestigious designation as a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM).

He has been involved in the Commercial Real Estate field since 1980 when he joined the Henry S. Miller Company as a Sales Associate. In 1983, Richard was promoted to Vice President/Manager of the Office Building Division of the Tarrant County office. While employed with the Henry S. Miller Company, he served as a head project-leasing broker on the Overton Park National Bank Building, Meadowbrook National Bank Building and Hulen Towers. Recently he has been the project leasing Broker at the Frost Bank Tower in Southwest Fort Worth.

Richard has worked with and helped secure facilities for such nationally known companies as DynCorp Aerospace Technology, DynCorp International, Tyson’s Food, 20th Century Fox Television, Alcon Laboratories, Pangburn Candy Company, Federal Express, Delta Airlines, Foster Mortgage Corporation, Tandy Brands and Southwestern Bell Yellow Pages.

Richard has been recognized by the Society of Commercial Realtors for the Charles D. Tandy Realtor of the year in 2005.  The Texas Association of Realtors presented him with the William C. Jennings Award for the Commercial Real Estate transaction of the year for the State of Texas also in 2005.  In addition he has been recognized as a Paul Harris fellow by the Rotary Club of Fort Worth.  Over the years he has served on numerous boards in leadership positions.  He and the MINKERTRAHANT & Associates team strongly believe in giving back to the community in which they live.
