History

MINKERTRAHANT & Associates became a reality in January 2009 with Tyler Trahant becoming a principal and President of what was formerly the Richard D. Minker Co., a 23 year old firm in North Texas Commercial Real Estate. MINKERTRAHANT & Associates provides unsurpassed commercial real estate services with specialization in Office and Industrial Tenant Representation, Project Leasing and Brokerage services. In addition through their affiliation with the Argus Self Storage Sales Network, MINKERTRAHANT & Associates is one of the premier self storage brokerage firms in North Texas. The firm will also offer brokerage services on a selected basis in the area of land sales and retail.

The current senior level Brokers of the MINKERTRAHANT & Associates are Richard D. Minker, CCIM and Tyler J. Trahant offering 35+ years of combined experience to better serve our clients interests. These individuals offer a special level of service through their advanced education not only through the CCIM designation program for commercial real estate but also in law.
