Matt Siegel joined MINKERTRAHANT & Associates in August 2009 as Senior Associate. Matt specializes in Office and Industrial representation for both Tenants and Owners. He is known for his dedicated and professional work ethic. Matt focuses on providing exceptional service through superior market knowledge enabling his client’s to make informed decisions for their real estate needs. He personally tracks available space, tenants, owners and transactions in the Dallas/Fort Worth market.

Prior to joining MINKERTRAHANT & Associates, Matt served as Leasing Director for Red Oak Realty in Fort Worth, Texas. He was responsible for marketing and leasing Red Oak Realty’s portfolio of approximately 1 million square feet of office property in Tarrant County. His Commercial Real Estate career began in September 2006 with NAI Robert Lynn in Dallas, Texas. As Market Director, Matt successfully represented International, National and Local businesses during his tenure. Clients included City Electric Supply, NOKA Chocolate, ServMart Inc, Mobility Outfitters and Crown Collision. Matt arrived in Fort Worth, Texas in 2003 to work as an Assistant Baseball Coach at Texas Christian University for three seasons.

Matt graduated from the University of Florida in 2000 with a Finance degree and minor in Economics. He also earned a Post baccalaureate degree in History in 2001. While at the University of Florida, he was a member of the Baseball team which participated in the 1998 College World Series and was also a four-time Academic ALL-SEC. Matt is still active in local sports and is a member of the Panther Club which benefits the Boys and Girls Club of Greater Fort Worth. He resides in Fort Worth with his wife, Erin and daughter, Molly.
